Maximum Magic: The Save Our School Summer has been released as an e-
book on Amazon.com and on Barnes and Noble. It's the first book in what will
be a series of three. Here's a summary:
On the first day of summer break, ten-year-old Will finds out his school has been closed –
forever. That means his mom has lost her job in the Oak Grove Elementary office. And that
means the students will have a super-long bus ride to a newer school in another town.
Will leads his friends to local magician, Max Goodman, trying to enlist his help to save the
old building. Together they uncover the real reason for the sudden closure, while they work
to raise funds for a long list of necessary repairs. Can Max be any match for a corrupt mayor
and an unscrupulous land developer? Can he and the kids find a magical solution to save the
school with the sale date looming and Max at risk of losing his powers?
